Fruit Salad Recipe

There is nothing fresher and more energy boosting than a home made fruit salad as the first meal of the day. You could even add a few nuts or seeds to give it some crunch!


1. Combine all of the fruit apart from the bananas in a large bowl.

2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or overnight if you need them for a quick get away breakfast.

3. Remove the bowl from the fridge, and then slice and add the bananas.

4. Serve, adding a little greek yogurt if you would like.
