1. Put the oats in a saucepan, pour in the goats milk and add a pinch of salt.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
3. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
4. Serve in a bowl.
5. You can add a choice of toppinging, with yogurt, honey or a sprinkle of nutmeg being favourites.
