Tomatoes and Avocado on Toasted Rye Bread with Olive Oil and Cracked Pepper Recipe

We are not sure you can have much of a better start to the day than this quick little number. Simple and quick to make up it will keep your taste buds dancing all day. We find it really satisfying after an early morning run or yoga session.

Method

1. Toast the rye bread until golden brown.

2. Drizzle a little olive oil over the rye bread until moist.

3. Expertly dice the avocado and layer onto the rye bread.

4. Carefully slice the tomato and place on top of the avocado being sure not to overload it.

5. Serve with a little cracked black pepper sprinkled on top.
