Wheat Free Muesli with Goats Milk Recipe

Making your own muesli is one of lifes joys. It will provide you with a tasty and nutriious breakfast that you can either have before you leave the house in the morning or put in a tupperware to take with you.

To save time we recommend making 3-4 times the quantities and storing it for easy use later on.


1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

2. Serve with goats milk.

3. Add a topping of fresh fruit (optional).

1 ½ cups puffed buckwheat

1 cup puffed amaranth

1 cup quinoa flakes

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup sulphur-free sultanas

1 cup almonds, roughly chopped

½ cup goji berries

½ cup pepitas

½ cup sunflower seeds
